1. About Visiting a Doctor
Sometimes, we feel sick and need to visit a doctor. A doctor is a person who helps us when we are not healthy. When you feel unwell, you go to a clinic or a hospital. First, you tell the doctor your problem. For example, you might say “I have a fever” or “My head hurts.” This is called describing your symptoms. The doctor will listen and may check you with a stethoscope or thermometer. After checking, the doctor will tell you what is wrong and give you a prescription for medicine. You take the medicine to feel better. It is important to follow the doctor’s advice to get well soon.
