How to Use Place & Manner Conjunctions
স্থান (place) এবং পদ্ধতি (manner) বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত বিভিন্ন Conjunction-এর বিস্তারিত নিয়ম ও উদাহরণ নিচে দেওয়া হলো।
A) To Show Place (স্থান বোঝাতে)
1. where (যেখানে)
একটি নির্দিষ্ট স্থান বা অবস্থান বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Simple: This is the house. I was born in it.
Joined: This is the house where I was born.
2. wherever (যেখানেই)
কোনো নির্দিষ্ট স্থান নয়, বরং যেকোনো স্থানে বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Simple: You can go to any place. I will follow you.
Joined: I will follow you wherever you go.
B) To Show Manner (পদ্ধতি বোঝাতে)
1. as (যেমন)
দুটি কাজের মধ্যে তুলনা বা একটি কাজ যেভাবে করা উচিত তা বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Simple: You should do the task. I instructed you.
Joined: You should do the task as I instructed you.
2. as if / as though (যেন)
কোনো কাল্পনিক বা অবাস্তব পরিস্থিতির সাথে তুলনা করে পদ্ধতি বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Simple: She acted. She had seen a ghost.
Joined: She acted as if she had seen a ghost.
Simple: He talks very confidently. He knows everything.
Joined: He talks as though he knows everything.
3. how (কীভাবে)
কোনো কাজ করার পদ্ধতি বা প্রক্রিয়া বর্ণনা করতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Simple: He solved the problem. It was amazing.
Joined: It was amazing how he solved the problem.
