বিকাশ জানায় যে বাংলায় অনেক অফিসের কাজ ইংরেজিতে হয় এবং ইংরেজি শেখার ফলেই সে এই চাকরি পেয়েছে। সে তার মা ও বোনের জন্য শাড়ি ও মিষ্টি নিয়ে আসে। এরপর মঞ্চে দুটি ভাষার প্রতীকী চরিত্র প্রবেশ করে—বাংলা ভাষা এবং ইংরেজি ভাষা। বাংলা ভাষা চিন্তিত ছিল কারণ সবাই এখন ইংরেজি শিখতে আগ্রহী। ইংরেজি ভাষা তাকে বোঝায় যে ভারতে বিভিন্ন অঞ্চলের মানুষের মধ্যে যোগাযোগের জন্য তার প্রয়োজন আছে। সে বাংলা ভাষাকে আশ্বস্ত করে যে বাংলা মানুষের হৃদয়ে বাস করে। অবশেষে, তারা দুই বোনের মতো একসাথে থাকার সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়।
